How It Works

Step 1
Tell Us Who

After logging in, start by telling us who you want to leave messages for. Provide a phone number and/or email address for each recipient. If you plan to send a physical letter, you can add an address too. Don't worry if this information changes—we'll confirm it before sending your message.

Step 2
Write Your Messages

Once you've identified your recipients, begin writing or recording your messages. Text messages can be input directly on the website. For images and recordings, upload them from your device. You can edit these messages anytime by logging back in. 

Step 3
Schedule Your Messages

Decide how each message will be delivered—via SMS, Email, or Physical Letter. You can choose multiple delivery methods. Assign each message to one or more contacts from your list, and specify when they should receive it. Options include recurring dates like birthdays or specific milestones.

Step 4
We Handle The Rest

We monitor each state's death registry to automatically verify your passing, eliminating the need for a trustee confirmation. Upon verification, we stop charging your account and set it to deliver messages according to your schedule. All your information is securely stored until all messages have been delivered.
